What to tell your child
Most parents want to know what to tell their child before coming in for testing.  Letting your child know that she/he is going to work with someone and she/he will take different tests but they are not like school tests where you have a paper and work on your own.  The person will ask questions, give you things to try, and work with you.  The testing will take a couple of hours, but you will get a break.  Most kids who do this have fun.  We are having you tested to see how you learn best and what we can do to help make school easier for you (make friends easier; feel better inside)
