Before the testing
Parents will be asked to complete a developmental questionnaire that allows us to gain further information and insight into your child.  Many parents and teachers will be asked to complete other questionnaires which bring more information to the testing process.  The questionnaires that a family/school would be asked to complete vary from child to child dependent upon what input is needed to better understand the child’s functioning.
